This page is the result of
a phone call that I received from Glenn Ellenson who stated that he
was a K9 student in Showa Japan
and that he would like to
come over to the house with some things that I might be interested
in. Turns out Glenn lives about
2 miles from me here in
Cheyenne and is an avid collector of Air Police items. Glenn was in
the service from 1960 to 1969 and
worked dogs in Korea and
Okinawa. Formally trained at Showa Dog School in Japan.
His dog at Showa School was Frederick
Fedrl Vroms 5th (called Freddie) and he work a dog named Heidi in
Okinawa
